LSM Technologies On-line Shop Terms and Conditions

SHIPPING

  • In stock merchandise will be shipped out within 48 hours.
  • Customers will be notified within 24 hours if merchandise is back ordered or sold out.
  • Merchandise will be shipped via Postal or General Road- alternatively goods can be picked up from LSM Technologies Brisbane Warehouse (click here for contact details)
  • Shipping / Handling costs will not be refunded.

DELIVERY METHOD

  • Please allow up to (5- 10) days for delivery, although usually delivery will be much quicker.
  • Please contact us for costs on Express overnight shipping.

BACK ORDERS / OUT OF STOCK

  • We normally stock 95% of our products at any given time, but due to unforeseen circumstances there may be occasions when stocks are depleted. If your order includes an item on backorder, you will be notified promptly by a Customer Service, who will provide you with options to fulfil your current order. 

RETURN POLICY

  • LSM Technologies Pty Ltd is dedicated to providing you with quality customer service. We want you to be 100% satisfied with the purchases that you make.
  • It is our policy that you may return merchandise purchased to our site within (7) days of delivery of a shipment. (See Merchandise Returns below for limitations on specific purchases).

Note: No Shipping Charges Will Be Refunded. All refunds will be less shipping charges.

All merchandise returned:

To ensure that we are able to offer you full credit please:

  1. Keep products in new condition.
  2. Return products in manufacturer's original packaging.
  3. Include all items in original packaged with the product
  4. Do not write or mark on the packaging or contents.
  5. Package your items very carefully .

Order cancellations must be done prior to shipment of product. All cancellations should be communicated through email or phone- please contact us

Returns procedure: In order to return merchandise you must first  contact us us and request a return authorisation number.

IMPORTANT: All returns must follow the returns policy above.  

PRODUCT ABUSE DISCLAIMER

  • Items that are damaged due to improper handling, rough handling, are not returnable or refundable.
  • Any discrepancies between what was ordered and what was received will be handled directly by the LSM Technologies Pty Ltd.
  • Please contact us within (3) days of the shipment receipt.  

PAYMENT METHOD

All payments will only be accepted from authorised credit cards (excluding Amex and Diners Cards). Credit Card transactions will appear as "LSM Technologies Pty Ltd".
