This video clip is of our Test Cabin and demonstrates the efficiency of our Q-CABAIR™ Quality Cabin Environmental Air (QCEA) / RESPA™ Technology and how it filters Entrapped Contamination inside the Cabin. A Internal Dustrak Particulate Monitor depicts graphically on the LCD screen all the Particulate "events" of Operator agitation of Particulate (making it airborne) and how quickly the Cabin Air recovers to a HEPA H13 / H14 Environment. The Q-CABAIR™ Recirculation Unit rapidly filters these agitation events to 0.001 mg / m3, depending on severity- within seconds!
The video also demonstrates:
- The efficiency of the Recirculation Filtration Unit to remove Entrapped Airborne Contamination by filtering to HEPA >H13 / H14 levels of 99.995% @ 0.3 micron Contamination from within the Cabin.
- Phil creates Airborne Particulate Events by rubbing his Clothing, moving his Feet- even rubbing his Skin / Hair. In normal operating conditions inundation would be even more extreme (open doors, etc)
- Larger Particulate Events were with mass concentration levels >3.0 mg / m3 (>60 times the allowable for RCS) and smaller events <0.2 mg / m3 (>4 x times allowable).
Contaminants also become Airborne with Machine / Operator movement.
- Occupational Exposure Limits (OEL) for Respirable Crystalline Silica (RCS), should be <0.05 mg / m3 TWA for a 12 hour day.
Reduces exposure to the Operator / Occupants.
