For those that are using our Sy- klone RESPA Technology- and for those not yet- then some exciting news, with the release of our new and improved Sy- klone RESPA®-CF Vortex HyperFLOW™ Technology Quality Cabin Air Systems for both Mobile and Fixed Cabins.

Specific advantages of the new RESPA®-CF Vortex HyperFLOW™ Technology are:

  • PreCleaner Efficiency / Filtration Compliance / Savings: The RESPA CF Vortex Hyperflow Technology has improved efficiency, with between 96%-98% remove of Particulate / Fibre Debris, ejected back into the Environment- before loading of the Filter Element. In addition, our own produced Filter Media- Merv 16+ provides HEPA grade filtration. This combination provides for the Cleanest Cabin Air to National / International Exposure Compliance Standards, Highest Protection Factor (according to NIOSH) for Operators, Extended HVAC Service Life and the Longest Filter Exchange Intervals- all providing massive savings.
  • Self- cleaning Filter / Housing: With the RESPA SD residual particulate falls off the Filter Element into the Housing. This no longer occurs with the RESPA CF as it is virtually "self-  cleaning" (all loose debris is ejected via the Filter Element Ports) and this feature eliminates any potential health exposure and related maintenance to vacuum / dispose of the residual particulate in the housing.
  • Longer Filter Service Life: Due to the RESPA CF Vortex Air Flow Technology, the particulate that attaches to the Filter Element can "fall" off the Filter Media into the Vortex Air Flow and is ejected back to the environment. As such, even in the most saturated particulate environments upto 1,000 hours between Filter Element Exchange can be attained.
  • Motor life is longer: The fan drive motors is actually within the clean air stream and so operates cooler, therefore extending its service life.
  • Higher Air Flows: The RESPA CF / CFX Technology provides for larger air flow volumes (nearly 70 litres / sec) for each unit. Subsequently, with a full RESPA CF + CFX System a combined flow of nearly 140 litres / sec means that the RESPA CF airflow will satisfy the requirements of most Mobile Plant HVAC, without causing unnecessary back- pressure / recirculation of the HVAC fan.
  • In addition, the RESPA CF / CFX can allow free air flow of upto 200 litres / sec (air-draw) for each RESPA Unit, which will accommodate even the largest of HVAC's that demand (suction) higher volumes of air draw, without restriction and also without loosing the RESPA Vortex Precleaning function.
  • Controlled Cabin Pressurisation: The RESPA CF / CFX Technology provides enhanced Cabin Pressurisation. The RESPA CF, with a maxim deadhead pressure of 340 pascal means that the Cabin will never be over- pressurised. Over- pressurisation can harm the Operator and also damage seals.
  • Compact / Stronger Housing / Sealed Unit: The Housing is reinforced polycarbonate and is far stronger than the previous SD versions. It is also more compact and so a smaller footprint compared to the RESPA SD. The RESPA CF / CFX is totally sealed and so no leakage (suction / pressure) will occur in the System.
  • Safer / Adaptation: The End Cap is part of the Filter Element (s). In the case of the RESPA CF External Air this means that the Ejection Slots (integral part of the Filter Element) can be rotated to the optimum position so as safely direct the Precleaner Ejected Debris.  In addition, the Clean Air flow Ducting section can be rotated at 45 deg increments so as for flexibility in connecting ducting to the HVAC.
